Career progression guidance is a fundamental right of every young person in Hartcliffe Engineering Community College and we have a formidable reputation for the range of provision both of Work Experience, work related and college supported training we offer. Each year we run a Key Skills day to prepare our older students for the world of work. We increasingly develop strategies so that all young people, whatever their aspirations, are supported in the transition from our College to further/higher education and to gainful employment.
